Garageband 1.0
I did a fresh install of OS X Yosemite on my MacBook Pro 17' late 2011 and than wanted to do a fresh install of Garageband 10.0.3 from the App store . HDD Space is 500GB free, so it should be enough space.....

I clicked on 'install' and Download started. After Download, Garageband began with install itself, after finishing the installation procedure of the App itself I got a Message window 'Thank you loading GarageBand from Mac App Store.......downloading new sounds' and it starts downloading new sounds. After download finished (message windows is still there) the installation process for the sounds started - I had to enter my admin password for this. after a few seconds a window appears telling me that 'Garageband could not install the new sounds. Please close Garageband and restart it to load and install the new sounds again.'
When clicking the OK button, Garageband is closed. I started it again as the message told me before and the installation process began again starting from loading new sounds window as described above. When Garageband tried to install the downloaded Sounds, the same error message appears. I tried it a few times - no success.
So what could cause this problem to GarageBand. All is fresh and clean on my Yosemite Installation.
I had a look at my App Store List of bought Apps and saw, that garageband 6.5 and 10 appear in the list. Could this be a problem?
Tried to first install 6.5. After installing and downloading included content of 6.5 (all worked fine) when starting 6.5 GarageBand told me about a newer Version and linked me to the App Store to download the 10.0.3. I downloaded it and tried to install but got same results as described above.
I'll every thankful for any hints on how to fix this!

Apple’s vetted audio editing app, GarageBand, is designed to bring the capabilities of a music creation studio to your own desktop, and it comes with a large sound library, allows you to have your own virtual recording sessions and enables you to add amazing effects to your audio content.
GarageBand comes with 40 built-in lessons that will present basic elements related to playing different types of music, such a rock, classical, blues and even pop.
The GarageBand app will listen to your practice sessions in real time and presents statistics about your accuracy level.
There is also the possibility to take “Artist Lessons”, which means that you get to practice on famous songs while being taught by the artists that made them popular. Take into account that there are additional requirements to gain access to these lessons.
If you want to work on your own songs, GarageBand offers you the possibility to use a virtual session drummer or the sound of other instruments included in the library (the extensive controls, such as amps or stompboxes, allow you to personalize the sound).
Furthermore, you can choose to play any instrument by using your iPad: use the Logic Remote on your device and connect it to your Mac via your Wi-Fi network.
The recording can be mixed and mastered: you can use up to 255 tracks for the same song, change the audio’s timing, adjust the rhythm and much more. The final result can be sent to your iTunes library or you can upload it directly to Soundcloud.
To make sure you always have access to your projects, you can choose to sync them to your iCloud account: as a result, you will be able to continue working on your songs on your iOS device (you must install the GarageBand for iOS app).
