Step 1
Therefore Microsoft developed features in Office 365 such as public folders and shared mailbox. At first, they might look identical, with just different names – both, shared mailbox and public folders can store all types of Outlook items, both can receive and send emails, both can be accessed by many users simultaneously etc. I can see the public folders in my outlook. I dont know if this is because I am the 'author' or some other reason. I never had an issue seeing the public folders, it seems to be an issue for most other users ever since we migrated to 365. When I have the user look at her list of all folders in outlook, there is nothing listed under her email. Jun 19, 2019 Select the three horizontal dots at the bottom of the Outlook Home Page and click on folders to ensure that you are in Folder view. Open up the Public Folders and then the All Public Folders to see complete list.
Here, you can see all the folders in the public folder, their items, and also their clean preview. After checking the data, click the PST File icon ( in the destination area ). If you want to save in an existing PST file, click the second option of Existing PST file otherwise click Create new PST file. This video is for CEHD faculty and staff at the University of Delaware.
